I am a graduate of SUNY Albany and spent my senior year as an exchange student at Nanyang University in Singapore studying Mandarin Chinese and politics.  I have also received advanced degrees from St. John's and Hofstra Universities. I taught from 1973-2004 at both the Sayville Middle and High Schools and in 1990 was selected as New York State Social Studies Teacher of the year. I was also an adjunct at Dowling College from 2003-2006.I began my real estate career with Century 21 Bay's Edge Realty in 2004.

 

I am an experienced agent and a certified buyer representative who received the Ruby, Emerald and Gold Circle Awards from Century 21 for outstanding achievement in real estate sales as a top producer from 2005-2017. I was also honored with diamond status for being one of the top thirty Century 21 agents throughout the Greater Metropolitan New York area.

 

However, I am most proud of my receiving the Century 21 Quality Service Award for customer satisfaction multiple times.  Nearly 70% of my clients are from referrals and I would be happy to provide a list of clients who I have served.  What matters most to me is not my credentials but what my clients think of my performance. Many of my evaluations can be found on the Zillow web site.

 

Service to the community is also important to me. I am a Navy veteran and was a Marine Corps medic. I was treasurer and president of my neighborhood South Country Shores Civic Association and was also certified as a disaster assistance team member for the U.S. Red Cross. I am currently a volunteer in my  St. Francis deSales church food pantry and have been the leader of the Century 21 Bay’s Edge Thanksgiving food drive which provides assistance to those in need.
